Delete your account & data

You can permanently delete your Dress AI account and all associated data at any time, using either method below.

Option 1 — In the app (instant)

Open Dress AI and sign in.
Go to the My Info tab.
Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately.

Option 2 — By email

Email yongho@stra.ai from the email address you used to sign in, with the subject "Account deletion". We will complete the deletion within 14 days.

What gets deleted

All of the following are permanently and irreversibly removed from our servers:

Your account and login record (the email address and display name from your Google, Apple, or email sign-in)
Every photo you uploaded (clothing photos, full-body photos)
All AI-generated images — wardrobe shots, your avatar, and saved looks
Clothing metadata and your usage history

What is kept

Nothing is retained after deletion, except records we are legally required to keep. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties. Because deletion is permanent, your wardrobe cannot be recovered afterward.

아래 두 가지 방법 중 하나로 언제든지 Dress AI 계정과 모든 관련 데이터를 영구 삭제할 수 있습니다.

방법 1 — 앱에서 (즉시)

Dress AI 앱을 열고 로그인합니다.
내 정보 탭으로 이동합니다.
계정 삭제를 누르고 확인합니다.

계정이 즉시 삭제됩니다.

방법 2 — 이메일로

가입에 사용한 이메일 주소로 yongho@stra.ai에 "계정 삭제"라는 제목으로 메일을 보내주세요. 14일 이내에 삭제를 완료합니다.

삭제되는 항목

다음 항목이 서버에서 영구적이고 되돌릴 수 없게 삭제됩니다:

계정 및 로그인 정보(구글·Apple·이메일 로그인으로 받은 이메일 주소와 표시 이름)
업로드한 모든 사진(옷 사진, 전신 사진)
AI가 생성한 모든 이미지 — 옷장 상품컷, 아바타, 저장된 룩
옷 메타데이터 및 사용 기록

보관되는 항목

법적으로 보관이 의무화된 기록을 제외하고, 삭제 후 남는 데이터는 없습니다. 데이터를 판매하거나 제3자와 공유하지 않습니다. 삭제는 영구적이므로 이후 옷장을 복구할 수 없습니다.
