Dress AI ("the App") is operated by STRA Inc. ("we"). This policy explains what data the App collects, how it is collected, every purpose it is used for, and the third parties it is shared with.

We do not collect your contacts, location, health data, browsing history, or advertising identifiers. The App contains no advertising SDKs and no analytics or tracking SDKs, and does not request App Tracking Transparency permission.
If you sign in with Apple and choose Hide My Email, we receive and store only Apple's private relay address. We never require your real address.
Your data is used solely to provide the App's features: signing you in, storing your wardrobe, generating the images you request, and enforcing fair-use limits. We do not use it for advertising, profiling, or any automated decision-making about you, and we do not use it to train AI models.
The App's core features are powered by a third-party AI service.
The processors we use are Google (Gemini API — image generation) and Supabase (authentication, database, and private object storage). Both are bound by contract to provide protection of your data equivalent to this policy. We do not sell your data, do not share it with advertisers or data brokers, and do not share it with any third party other than these processors.
Dress AI does not collect, generate, or store face data. We do not use face recognition, face tracking, faceprints, face embeddings, or any other biometric identifier. A full-body photo you choose to upload may contain your face, but it is handled only as an ordinary image: it is sent to Google's Gemini API to generate your styling avatar, and it is not analysed to identify you. We do not derive any biometric template from it, and we do not share it with anyone other than the processors named in Section 3. You can delete these images at any time in My Info → Delete account.
The App does not use ARKit face tracking, the TrueDepth camera, face-landmark detection APIs, or any biometric matching. Uploading a full-body photo is entirely optional; the wardrobe features work without one.
Your data is kept only while you keep it. There is no separate archival copy. You can:
Deletion is permanent and irreversible.
The App is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
If we materially change how data is collected, used, or shared, we will update this page and revise the effective date above.

연락처·위치·건강정보·검색기록·광고식별자는 수집하지 않습니다. 앱에는 광고 SDK와 분석·트래킹 SDK가 없으며, 앱 추적 투명성(ATT) 권한을 요청하지 않습니다.
Apple 로그인에서 이메일 가리기를 선택하면 Apple의 비공개 릴레이 주소만 저장하며, 실제 주소를 요구하지 않습니다.
수집한 데이터는 로그인 인증, 옷장 저장, 요청한 이미지 생성, 공정 사용 제한 등 앱 기능 제공에만 사용합니다. 광고·프로파일링·자동화된 의사결정에 사용하지 않으며, AI 모델 학습에 사용하지 않습니다.
이용하는 수탁사는 Google(Gemini API — 이미지 생성)과 Supabase(인증·데이터베이스·비공개 스토리지)입니다. 두 곳 모두 본 방침과 동등한 수준의 보호를 계약으로 보장합니다. 데이터를 판매하지 않고, 광고사·데이터 브로커에 제공하지 않으며, 위 수탁사 외 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.
Dress AI는 얼굴 데이터를 수집·생성·저장하지 않습니다. 얼굴 인식, 얼굴 추적, 페이스프린트, 얼굴 임베딩 등 어떠한 생체 식별자도 사용하지 않습니다. 이용자가 업로드하는 전신 사진에 얼굴이 포함될 수 있으나, 이는 일반 이미지로만 취급됩니다 — 스타일링 아바타 생성을 위해 Google Gemini API로 전송될 뿐이며, 신원 확인을 위해 분석되지 않습니다. 어떠한 생체 템플릿도 추출하지 않으며, 제3항에 명시된 수탁사 외에는 공유하지 않습니다. 해당 이미지는 내 정보 → 계정 삭제에서 언제든 삭제할 수 있습니다.
앱은 ARKit 얼굴 추적, TrueDepth 카메라, 얼굴 랜드마크 검출 API, 생체 매칭을 일절 사용하지 않습니다. 전신 사진 업로드는 선택 사항이며, 업로드하지 않아도 옷장 기능은 정상 작동합니다.
데이터는 이용자가 보관하는 동안만 유지되며, 별도의 보관본은 없습니다.
삭제는 영구적이며 되돌릴 수 없습니다.
본 앱은 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 해당 연령의 정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.
수집·이용·제공 방식에 중대한 변경이 있는 경우 본 페이지를 갱신하고 위 시행일을 수정합니다.
